Hierbei soll die Widerlegung der klassischen Gottesbeweise nur eine kurze Rolle spielen, bevor eine ausführlichere examine der moralischen Gotteserkenntnis erfolgt. Anschließend soll dies auf seine Gültigkeit und Beweiskräftigkeit geprüft werden. Hierbei werden neben einem Exkurs zur Theodizeeproblematik auch Konzepte für die Legitimation der Ethik eine Rolle spielen. Ziel dieser Arbeit soll es sein, den generellen Gottesglauben nach der Aufklärung bis in die Gegenwart auf Legitimität zu überprüfen und seine Möglichkeiten und Perspektiven in heutiger Zeit darzulegen.
